Conditions for Supply

The order is directly made out to I fiori de Berto di Cavalera Eva & C. s.a.s. (the Florist from here on) by its own e commerce website. 
The customer may also contact the Florist by phone calling 040 766976, in order to agree on personal needs, that should however also be written in the notes field on the order data entry page.

If the delivery location should be hardly accessible, or temporarily not accessible for any reason, or the provided address is incomplete or incorrect, the Florist reserves the right not to make the delivery, communicating the fact to the client, by email or phone, inserted in the order form, in the shortest time possible from the receipt of the order and the resulting knowledge of the problem. In this circumstance the Florist shall refund the amount received as soon as possible.

The delivery of the floral tribute may only be carried out during the normal opening hours of the shop. 
No deliveries will be made at campsites, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports unless other agreements with the Florist have been arranged.

In particular periods of the year or holidays (i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other local holidays tool) deliveries may be anticipated in prior days at the Florist's best and final judgment.

In case the recipient is absent at the moment of the delivery, the Florist may leave a written notice or call, inviting the Customer to pick up the floral tribute at the shop. 
Deliveries to inaccurate or incomplete addresses or with the wrong phone number of the recipients are not guaranteed. In such cases, the customer who made the order will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided. The floral homage remains available for the customer, without the right to a refund in the event of failure to deliver, as it consists in perishable goods (see article 59, D.Lsg 21/02/14 n. 21, letters C and D)

The Florist is committed to use flowers and plants of quality and will do everything possible to reflect the chosen product in shape, content and colours.  Substitutions of one or more elements are however allowed, given the difficulty to obtain certain products on the market and the perishability of the product. These substitutions are always accepted by the originating Customer on the condition that the product has at least the same commercial value.

Privacy - Confidentiality Declaration

In the execution of this contract the Florist, recipient of the order, is committed to the full compliance with the existing legislation on privacy D.Lgs. 196/2003 and following. 
In particular, the collection and processing of customer data, including by electronic or automated means, will be exclusively for the delivery of this service in full compliance with the legislation on processing of personal data and confidentiality (D.Lgs 196/03 and subsequent amendments). 
The data required for the execution of the order will be treated with confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties. 
Credit card numbers are only placed on the computer system of the Bank through protected connection.
A request to erase, totally or partially, the provided data can be requested to I Fiori De Berto di Cavalera Eva & C. s.a.s. at the following email address with the same email used to send the order.
The holder and manager of the data processing is the legal representative of "I Fiori de Berto di Cavalera Eva & C. s.a.s.".

Right to Withdraw

Pursuant to article 59, D.Lsg 21/02/14 n. 21, the delivery of goods in the catalogue of this e-commerce site follow the exceptions of the right to withdraw as provided in paragraphs:
(c) supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized
d) supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Cancel /Right to cancel the order

An order can be cancelled up to two days before the chosen delivery date providing the number of the order. 
A cancellation after this time can be accepted only by exception and the complete refund of the total value of the order is not guaranteed. 
The cancellation requests must be sent to the  Florist's e-mail address.
